Privacy Policy

All information entered into SomeGiftIdeas by any member is private to that member except to the extent that he or she opts to share that information.

By default, any gift registry is accessible over the internet by anyone who knows the access name to that registry. Members may password protect their gift registry so that a password must be entered to view the registry. infoasis' will not publish the access name of any gift registry that is not password protected unless instructed to do so by the member owning the registry.

It is infoasis' policy to respect the privacy of all members. Therefore, infoasis will not disclose to any third party any member's name or contact information.

infoasis will also not monitor, edit, or disclose the contents of a member's information unless required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to: 

1. conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on infoasis;
2. protect and defend the rights or property of infoasis; or
3. fix or debug problems with the SomeGiftIdeas software/service.
